Peak Escrow does not sell mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data. Mobile information and text-messaging consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide mobile information to vendors that act on our behalf solely to deliver and support Peak Escrow’s text-messaging program, and we may disclose information when required by law. SMS consent is not transferred to unrelated third parties.
